A few months ago, I discovered Gourmet Magazine. Yes, I know, that is like “discovering” the Beatles. I’ve been getting more and more into cooking over the years and the magazine just sounded intimidating. One day I just decided I was worth it and I bought an issue. Of course, that happened to be the [...]
The new website for Independent Exposure is live with Bill Plympton curating this years festival. I skinned the old site with this new look. In the works is a redesign of the structure of the site with more user interaction.
Independent Exposure has a call for entries through April 30th.
I designed a poster for Mom 2.0 Summit, based on a quote from one of their speakers, that will be on display at Fotofest and auctioned off next Friday to benefit Wyclef Jean’s charity for Haiti.

We attended the 2010 presentation of the grantees’ projects for the Idea Fund at Diverseworks this week.
The illustration below was one I did that ran in the news section of a recent Aurora calendar. I am also working on a new website for the Idea Fund which will be launching soon.
Sundance 2010 was my ninth time to go to the film festival in the last ten years with the incomparable Seattle resident Joanna Price. We kept thinking it’s been a full decade, but then realized we took the year off after we graduated since we were both were in no position to take a vacation.
