New logo approved for the upcoming Menil Community Arts Festival.

We attended the 2010 presentation of the grantees’ projects for the Idea Fund at Diverseworks this week.
The illustration below was one I did that ran in the news section of a recent Aurora calendar. I am also working on a new website for the Idea Fund which will be launching soon.
Post cards to announce an Open Call for fortording.com. The watercolor paintings used in the design of the postcard and website were done by the amazing Enid Baxter Bladder. If you know anyone who has been through Fort Ord, encourage them to go to the website to share their memories.
A full day of screenings, including The Yes Men Fix the World, Theater of War, Biomodd (ATH1): A Living Game Computer as Social Sculpture and two Tilda Swinton screenings. A highlight of the day, is a screening of The Red Shoes with a performance by the Houston Ballet at Discovery Green at 6pm.
Saturday has a bunch of different screenings, including the Yes Men Fix the World, a sneak preview of the new Tilda Swinton feature, and the Lost World with live music by Dengue Fever.
Sat in on the rehearsal of the Lost World. It was excellent. Wish I could clone myself to be at both locations.
