HCAF & HCAS Updated Websites

Newly designed websites for both Houston Cinema Arts Society and Houston Cinema Arts Festival are live. These websites were a bit of a challenge in that they have to function as two stand alone websites, but keep a similar look and feel, so when the user interacts between the Society and the Festival, the shift is not jarring.
